The 10th Hong Kong French Speech Competition 2020

Voici quelques chiffres sur la compétition cette année. 

Here are some numbers regarding this year's competition. 

Nombre total de candidats (total number of candidates) : 314

• 170 garçons (boys)
• 144 filles (girls)
• 150 élèves du primaire (primary)
• 164 élèves du secondaire (secondary)  

15 Écoles participantes (participating schools) : Alliance Française de Hong Kong, Carmel School Association, Diocesan Boys' School Primary, Diocesan Boys' School Secondary, Hong Kong Taoist Association Wun Tsuen School, Le Club des Cinq, Lycée Français de Hong Kong Kong (Jardine), Lycée Français de Hong Kong Kong (TKO), La Salle College, Po Leung Kuk Chan Yat Primary School, Po Leung Kuk Ngan Po Ling, Saint Paul Convent's School, Sha Tin College, South Island School, YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College.

COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant impact to our daily life and events, involving special arrangements for the ‘10th HK French Speech Competition’.

AFLE has decided to maintain the event and is pleased to announce the ‘F.S.C 2020’ using Video submission.

For all participants:

• Step 1: Inform your teacher of your willingness to participate in the competition.
• Step 2: Fill in correctly the online registration form between November 2nd and  November 20th (if incomplete or incorrect your form may not be valid).
• Step 3: In the meantime, start writing your scenario; practice your performance, do the shooting and editing of your video. Save your video in the cloud, on youtube or others...
• Step 4: Submit the link to your video from November 23rd to December 17th. A link to the submission form will be sent to you after the registrations are closed. 
• Step 5: The winners and their French teachers will be informed by email before Chinese New Year.

Schools and students who would like to participate in our 10th Hong Kong French Speech Competition 2020 must contact their teacher(s) of French, who must be a member of our association.
